For the last 2 days, my husband and I have been installing a rail around our very large deck. I'm the gopher...go for this, go for that. I'm putting mileage on the ol' bod! So even though I was going to start a "formal" exercise routine (and I will) for now this is fine.
Tomorrow I'll be doing step aerobics for warm up and body building with free weights. I'm using the exercises from the Body for Life for Women by Dr. Pamela Peek. It's fantastic.
Well, I better get back outside and help some more!
