LOVE THIS SNACK!

Here's a really simple snack you can keep on hand.
  • Take large Romaine leaves.  
  • Place 1 slice of nitrate-free deli ham or chicken breast, top with 1/2 slice Swiss cheese and spread a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard on top.  
  • Roll the Romaine and pin with a toothpick.
I make many of these at the beginning of the week.  If I'm hungry between meals (seldom), I'll just grab one of those.
Sometimes I'll have three with a handful of black olives for a fast lunch.
